Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ShutterGlow — the web dashboard and the iPad application (together, the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account and organization
- You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping credentials secure.
- Organization owners and admins control who joins their organization and what operators can access.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only to operate legitimate photo booth events with the consent of your clients and their guests.
- You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to photographing people at your events, including obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction.
- No attempts to access other organizations’ data.
Photos and guest content
Photos captured at events are stored on your booth device, not on our servers. You and your clients own that content; we claim no rights to it. You are solely responsible for how it’s used and shared.
Availability
The booth app is designed to run offline during events, but the dashboard and sync depend on internet connectivity and third-party providers. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at signup. Trials are free and require no payment method. We’ll give notice before any price change takes effect.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
